This study employed quantitative cross-sectional descriptive research. Convenient and purposive sampling was used to select 154 participants. To gather information, mostly a pre-made questionnaire was employed. The statistical analysis was performed using both SPSS v26 and SmartPls v4. The result reveals that the cash conversion cycle had an insignificant direct influence on financial performance. The result reveals that inventory management had a significant direct influence on financial performance. Finally, the result concludes that account receivable management has a direct effect on financial performance. This study contributes valuable knowledge to the realm of business and finance, offering a well-rounded understanding of the dynamics that shape financial performance.
