This study was founded on the need to establish the impact of leadership practices on productivity at Narcotics Control Board, Accra. To achieve the objective of the study, the study used a descriptive survey research design determine the impact of leadership on productivity. The target population of the study included all the managers and employees of Narcotics Control Board, Accra. A sample size of 60 was selected from the population of managers and employees. The study used primary data which was collected by a semi-structured questionnaire. The data was collected from management and employees of Narcotics Control Board. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The study found that the employees are satisfied with the leadership style of the leaders in the organization. It further established that the leadership style has contributed to the productivity of the organization. The found out that in spite of the findings, there are challenges the employees face in their endeavor to improve on their performance. The study therefore recommends that leaders should provide feedback to employees and the necessary logistics should be provided to the employees for prompt service delivery. The study suggests that a similar study can be replicated in other organizations in Ghana such as Ghana Ports and Habours Authority. Further research should also be done involving all the employees in other organizations.
