The research is however a case study conducted in the Akatsi Township in the Volta Region of Ghana. It seeks to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the graphic art content of the tools in the campaign in order to recommend ways of improving them so as to make the campaign more effective. The research was limited to the Akatsi Township only so that the population would be better controlled for effective evaluation. Data collected from the research were described, analyzed and interpreted, conclusion drawn and recommendations made as possible solution to the problem.
