Dramatic organisational change appeared to negatively affect the social behaviour andwork performance of a particular team of individuals. Management intervention tosupport these individuals in this situation was not apparent. This study endeavoured toexplore how these individuals managed their personal situations within this changingenvironment, and uncover lessons to assist them to improve their personal changemanagement. This is a qualitative methodology research project based on a Systems Thinking andParticipant Action Research approach.
