The paper also considers the current trend, of brain drain to other continents and future prospect of retaining highly skilled manpower to help in meeting NEPAD objectives. It was concluded that the human talents that abounds in the continent must be harnessed to overcome the myriad of problems which confronts Africa than going cap in hand to developed countries
