In general, this research critically evaluates the right to equal pay for equal work between men and women in corporate South Africa. In Chapter 1, the researcher sets out the research problem and objectives while Chapter 2 analyses literature as well as the research methodology applied in the study. Chapter 3 discusses the findings of the literature reviewed while Chapter 3 provides a comparative study on the principles of equal pay for equal work between men and women. The researcher concludes by recommending best practices for deterring income disparities between men and women in corporate South Africa.
