The results of this study revealed the overall rating of the patient safety culture at the three selected hospitals as good. But a few aspects of the patient safety culture in these hospitals deserve attention to improve. Those aspects that need attention to improve are the staff shortages and long working hours. Another element that needs attention is that hospital management is not providing adequate resources to improve patient safety.
