The chromatographic fractionation of aqueous rooibos extracts and an investigation into the polyphenol content and antioxidant activity of the fractions. 3. The preparation of ovine adrenal microsomes containing active steroidogenic P450 enzymes, including cytochrome P450 17a-hydroxylase, CYP17, and cytochrome P450 steroid 21-hydroxylase, CYP21. 4.
