Wouter de Vos Malan (aanvanklik Kaapland se eerste Professionele Assistente van die Superintendent-Generaal van Onderwys), vanaf Julie 1934 die Onderwyshoof van Kaapland was, vir 'n tydperk van 19 jaar.
